 ChloriTap™

 ChloriTap™, a jointly patented technology by VP Eco Trade LLP and IIT Roorkee, is a flagship gravity-based chlorine tablet dosing system designed to make safe drinking water accessible across India. Developed in alignment with the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) and rural water supply requirements, ChloriTap™ operates without electricity, pressure, or complicated maintenance, making it ideal for remote communities, schools, health centres, and urban clusters.
Headquartered in India and led by experts in public health and water sanitation, ChloriTap™ combines simplicity with efficiency. It uses WHO-recommended 200g NSF certified tablets to deliver consistent chlorination through durable, tamper-proof units. Our solutions are Made in India, ISO 9001:2015 certified, JJM-compliant, and have installations across multiple states with scalable models ranging from 2 lakh to 30 lakh litres.

OUR HISTORY

Founded with the vision of making safe drinking water a reality for every community, VP Eco Trade LLP has grown from a small initiative into a trusted water solutions partner across India. Our journey began by addressing critical gaps in rural water supply — where traditional chlorination systems often failed due to dependence on electricity, complex machinery, or high maintenance costs. To overcome these challenges, our team of engineers and public health professionals developed ChloriTap™, a gravity-based, non-electric chlorine dosing system designed specifically for India’s diverse water infrastructure. From the very first pilot installations in rural villages, ChloriTap™ proved its reliability and simplicity. Over time, it has been scaled up to serve schools, health centres, Gram Panchayats, and urban clusters, with models treating from 2 lakh to 50 lakh litres of water. Today, VP Eco Trade LLP proudly supports the Jal Jeevan Mission and other national initiatives by offering ISO-certified, Made in India technologies that combine innovation with practicality. Our history reflects our belief in sustainable, operator-free solutions that empower communities and safeguard public health — one water tank at a time.
